Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply equally to all users of the baji taka platform and its services. By accessing this website, opening an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to all conditions of this Agreement.

The meanings of several key terms used in this Agreement are explained below:

• "Platform" — baji taka's website, mobile app, and other digital channels.
• "Member" or "User" — anyone who has opened an account on baji taka.
• "Services" — sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and other gaming activities.
• "Real Money Account" — an account operated by depositing actual funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — money granted under promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering conditions are met.

This Agreement applies to both residents of Bangladesh and international users. However, it is your own responsibility to ensure that participating in online gaming activities complies with the laws of your country.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Conditions

To open an account on baji taka, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information may result in the account being closed at any time and any funds in the account being forfeited.

• Each user may operate only one account.
• Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered a violation of the rules.
• The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep the account password confidential and secure.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of safety and security, baji taka may request documents for identity verification at any time. The following documents are typically requested:

• A photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. No password changes will be made without OTP verification. Sharing account login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

You can deposit on baji taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name — depositing from a third party's account is prohibited.

Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, contact the support team with your transaction ID.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed unless the following conditions are met:

• Account identity verification must be complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• If there are active bonus funds, the applicable wagering conditions must be fulfilled.

baji taka offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus, the balance becomes ৳3,000 and the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

Each of the offers listed below must be claimed in accordance with specific rules:

• Weekly baji taka Deposit Reward — 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000; 20x wagering; minimum deposit ৳500.
• baji taka Cricket Festival Bonus — 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000; 18x wagering; applicable for bets placed in the cricket section.
• Weekend Slot Blast — 40% deposit bonus on Friday and Saturday, up to ৳6,000; 22x wagering.
• Birthday baji taka Gift — reward up to ৳2,000; 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend, Win with baji taka — reward up to ৳1,500; 12x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly under any circumstances — only funds earned after the wagering conditions are met are eligible for withdrawal.
• baji taka reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion.

Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets are settled after the result of a match is announced. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final — if odds change afterwards, this will not apply to bets already accepted. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned to the main balance.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated according to each provider's own RTP and rules. If a technical error is detected in a game round's outcome, that round may be declared void and the stake returned.

6.3 Multi-Bet and Parlay

Multi-bets combining multiple events are allowed. However, if bets are placed on correlated outcomes within the same match in the same multi-bet (for example, a team winning and the total runs of the same match), that bet may be voided.

6.4 Live Betting

During live betting, odds change rapidly. The odds recorded in baji taka's server logs are final — even if a different value is displayed due to a connection drop or screen delay, the server record is authoritative.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below will be considered a serious violation of baji taka's rules:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity documents.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage (including arbitrage).
• Conducting transactions using a third party's mobile number or payment account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Threatening or harassing other members, or disrupting the platform's operations.

Account Suspension

8.1 Temporary Suspension

baji taka may temporarily suspend any account pending a security check, investigation of suspicious activity, or completion of identity verification. The balance of a suspended account remains secure and is returned where applicable after the investigation is resolved.

8.2 Permanent Closure

Accounts are permanently closed in cases of serious rule violations. Users may also request Self-Exclusion if they wish.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account temporarily or permanently on your own initiative, notify the support team. If you attempt to open a new account while self-exclusion is active, that account will also be closed.

Privacy and Data Protection

baji taka places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. The information you provide is used solely for account management, transaction verification, and service improvement. Information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

baji taka will not be liable for any financial or other compensation in the following cases:

• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure — service interruptions due to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or legal orders.

These terms do not limit your legal rights — they only clarify the limits of responsibility between both parties.

Changes & Updates

baji taka reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.
